FloQast is revolutionizing the accounting profession by streamlining processes and technologies. As a Senior Partnership Development Manager for Cloud and Software Alliances, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic relationships with software partners and their ecosystems to enhance our customer experience and drive growth.

What You'll Do:
  • CLOUD PARTNERSHIPS
  • Establish yourself as the go-to expert on AWS in the UK/EMEA region
  • Collaborate closely with N. American counterparts to develop and execute an overarching AWS partner strategy
  • Foster joint sales collaborations between FloQast's team, AWS's sales team, and the AWS Partner Network (Marketplace, VARs, ISVs, resellers, and channel partners)
  • Develop tactical plans to roll out strategic initiatives for the AWS business, focusing on all FloQast sales segments
  • Execute these plans using company resources (marketing, sales, product, customer success) to drive revenue growth
  • Nurture relationships with AWS and ecosystem employees, executives, and partners to recommend FloQast to their clients
  • SOFTWARE ALLIANCES
  • Take ownership of follow-ups and next steps to capitalize on relationships with partners
  • Work with product management to identify high-priority integration use cases
  • Build tactical plans to engage with customers to scope use case requirements and generate references
  • Promote a pipeline of partners and sales opportunities by engaging directly with integrated software partners and mutual customers/prospects
  • Manage the ecosystem to achieve 50+ integrations
  • Show incremental revenue growth for related FloQast products (e.g., Rec Automation, BI Connector, ProConnect)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, sales) to address high-value use cases and drive awareness of the integration ecosystem
  • Deliver multiple public-facing customer use cases for each major integration category
  • Drive awareness of the integration ecosystem
  • Own follow-ups and next steps to scale the Integration Ecosystem
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in SaaS-based technologies
  • DIRECT EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR AWS IN A PARTNER-FOCUSED ROLE AND/OR EXPERIENCE AT AN ISV BUILDING OUT AND OWNING A PARTNERSHIP WITH AWS
  • Expertise in ERP/accounting/financial management, Office of the CFO domain is a plus
  • Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
  • Strong attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annumBenefits:
