At Canonical, we're seeking an exceptional HPE Alliance Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build trusted relationships with one of the world's leading technology companies and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles to lead our HPE partnership.
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with HPE teams, increasing our market share and attach rate, and evangelizing the partnership to drive business interactions across all personas.
  • You will work closely with our Senior Director to coordinate executive engagements, customer workshops, and sales events to achieve our goals.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary of $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience, plus performance-driven annual bonus or commission.
  • A distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person.
  • A personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • Experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles.
  • Sales acumen, ability to build and manage a pipeline of business.
  • Autonomous, disciplined, hands-on, get-it-done mentality.
  • Ability to capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, identify and create opportunities.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Credibility and working knowledge of HPE - its products, go-to-market motion, and field.
