Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps that align with Cloud Software Group's business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer pain points and opportunities
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to drive business growth and customer adoption
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, consulting, or a related field with a proven track record of driving technology adoption and business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in cloud-based technologies and industry trends, including Citrix products and services
