As a result-driven Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise accounts in the Nordics and Benelux regions. Your expertise in enterprise sales, combined with your passion for AI-driven solutions, will enable you to align clients' cybersecurity needs with our AI security offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with several key enterprise accounts in the Nordics and Benelux regions, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' cybersecurity needs and aligning them with our AI security solutions.
  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients across the Nordics and Benelux markets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging consultative selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or SaaS industries.
  • Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Nordics and Benelux markets, including enterprise business culture and dynamics.
  • Account Management: Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with large enterprise accounts.
  • New Business Acumen: A hunter mentality with experience in securing new clients and driving business growth.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; additional fluency in Dutch, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
  • Tech Savvy: An understanding of AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity technologies is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
