Job Description:

Uniphore is a leading conversational automation technology company seeking a Director of Sales and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Estimated Salary:

$180,000 per year

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of selling enterprise SaaS products and services, as well as experience with consultative, value-led sales motions. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in product sales and enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of building new accounts through various prospecting tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Building and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to forecast and effectively move deals through the pipeline with pace and quality through a disciplined sales methodology
  • Experience selling complex, multistakeholder software like ERP, CRM, Workflow management, and Marketing management solutions
