Director of Sales and Growth Strategy

Job Description
As a Regional Sales Director with Reel Recruit, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the South Scotland region. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market. Your primary objective will be to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in field sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the payments and fintech sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual.
