Amazon Marketplace Growth Specialist

As a Marketplace Growth Specialist at Amazon, you will play a key role in helping medium and large-sized businesses on Amazon achieve faster growth. Our team of experts provides strategic advice with a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach. You will work closely with a portfolio of 12-14 businesses, helping them master the fundamentals of selling on Amazon.
Given the early stage of our program, you will have the opportunity to take ownership in various projects, help evolve the program, and develop expertise in a focused topic area. You will analyze customer data on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers' potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve listings, selection, and supply chain efficiency
- Work closely with a portfolio of 12-14 businesses to help them achieve faster growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software
- Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization
- A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience
