Marketplace Growth Opportunity

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Growth Specialist to join our Strategic Account Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior external stakeholders. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies for a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Selling Partners and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track account information and sales progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a sales or account management environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional team environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Sound business judgment and ability to influence others
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce
