  • Work closely with our sellers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sellers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure our sellers are compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a sales or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
