Role Overview:

We believe Social Commerce is the future of marketplaces, requiring creative and innovative approaches to sell products. With TikTok Shop's rise in the UK, we seek a digital native to lead and develop our affiliate marketing strategy on the platform. As a TikTok-approved partner, you'll shape our community and affiliate management scheme for prominent UK brands. You'll identify, source, and establish partnerships with relevant content creators and influencers across TikTok shop, developing strong relationships to ensure ongoing collaboration.

Your role will involve creating our affiliate marketing strategy and watching it come to life. Both Founders have extensive experience in the marketplace world, having worked at leading Consumer Brands and Amazon. Your Skills:

  • TikTok native with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker able to generate engaging content ideas
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus Points:

  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns and building relationships with content creators
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits package including generous annual leave, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities.
