Marketplace Growth Strategist

As a digital native, you will lead our affiliate marketing strategy on TikTok Shop, shaping our community and affiliate management scheme for some of the UK's most exciting brands. Your key responsibilities include identifying and partnering with relevant content creators and influencers across TikTok shop, developing and maintaining strong relationships with them to ensure ongoing collaboration.
Requirements- Creative thinker able to generate engaging content ideas
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns and building relationships with content creators
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance
