We are seeking a skilled Cloud Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Amazon Web Services Japan GK.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS Marketplace in Japan. The successful candidate will have a strong technology background, excellent business development skills, and the ability to engage with senior customer executives.

The Cloud Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing areas of focus, developing mechanisms to establish and grow the business in target market segments, and managing projects across internal and external teams to help scale and effectively position programs that benefit AWS customers and partners.

About the Role

You should have 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or program/product management at a technology company. You should also have technical and commercial understanding and knowledge of the software market and its ecosystem.

Apart from this, you must be a motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented, with demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse multi-functional and diverse internal and external teams. Verbal and written communications skills in Japanese and English are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS Marketplace in Japan
  • Work closely with AWS Marketplace, AWS Sales and Partners Teams to build a scalable joint AWS-Partner-Customer engagement model
  • Identify and prioritize areas of focus to drive business growth and adoption
  • Develop mechanisms to establish and grow the business in target market segments
  • Manage projects across internal and external teams to help scale and effectively position programs that benefit AWS customers and partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or program/product management at a technology company

Salary Range:$100,000 - $150,000 per annum

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
