Amazon Catalog Specialist

Amazon is seeking a skilled Catalog Specialist to support our Sellers in listing new products on our marketplace and improving our listing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to build new listings.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to sellers and account managers.
- Identify gaps and improvement areas in listing processes and implement solutions with worldwide teams.
- Automate manual steps in listing processes.
- Drive projects that improve catalog-related processes and catalog quality.
Requirements:
- Superior verbal and written communications skills in Polish and English.
- Hands-on, results-oriented mentality with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with core programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python).
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Experience in technical support or similar field.
