Job Title: Central Operations Specialist

Amazon Digital UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Central Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Central Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of content delivery to Prime Video customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct pre-launch checks of high-value content using cutting-edge automation tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Perform Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to identify and address operational issues, preventing their recurrence.

Our mission is to make available to Prime Video customers the largest and highest quality, and most enriched catalog of video content anywhere in the world. We aim to create a friction-free self-service delivery experience that meets the needs of all studio partners regardless of size, budget, location, language, or technical capability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Excel Proficiency
  2. Operations Background
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  2. Experience with digital content delivery systems and workflows
  3. Experience in MS Access and SQL
  4. Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies
  5. A passion for technology and innovation, with a continuous learning mindset.
