Marketplace Growth Opportunity

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Consultant to develop Selling Partners and drive growth in our EU marketplace. As a key member of the Strategic Account Services team, you will work closely with a portfolio of 15-20 businesses, providing strategic advice and support to help them grow fast on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and tools to drive business growth. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with decision makers, working closely with colleagues in Europe, and developing your career at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations to maximize sellers' potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners to expand our program.
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track account information and sales progress.

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management, with a focus on e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to work with technical, marketing, design, and merchandising teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to advocate on behalf of customers.
