Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Consultant

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services team. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners, providing strategic advice and support to help them grow their business on Amazon.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and be able to analyze customer data to drive business growth. You will work closely with our Selling Partners to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners to provide strategic advice and support
  • Analyze customer data to drive business growth and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop strategies to maximize the potential of our Selling Partners
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your portfolio
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for our Strategic Account Services program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
