As a Marketplace Consultant at Amazon, you will play a key role in helping medium and large-sized businesses grow their sales on our platform. With a focus on strategic account services, you will work closely with a portfolio of 15-20 businesses to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to maximize sales potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of the sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify and engage with prospective Selling Partners to expand our customer base.
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track account information and sales progress.
  • Manage projects related to our Paid Services, including process improvements, tool development, and sales analysis.

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Passion for developing customer-centric solutions and ability to translate customer needs into business requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to advocate on behalf of customers.
