About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services team in Amazon UK Services Ltd. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth for a portfolio of 12-14 medium to large-sized businesses on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations to maximize sellers' potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for our SAS program.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Manage additional projects around our newly launched Paid Service, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Fluency in English.
