Marketplace Growth Specialist

Amazon EU SARL is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Amazon Marketplace Professional Services (AMPS) program, you will be responsible for working with a group of 15-20 Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth and maximize their potential on the Amazon marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, providing strategic recommendations, and implementing metrics to track the success and quality of the Sellers in your portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  2. Analyzing customer data to provide strategic recommendations.
  3. Implementing and tracking metrics to measure the success and quality of the Sellers.
  4. Identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Sellers.
  5. Developing a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment.
  • High attention to detail and the management of multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others.
