Marketing and Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team at Hometree Marketplace Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive awareness and sales across our portfolio brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling copy for multichannel marketing campaigns and email communications to drive customer leads and retention.
- Brief our design agency to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns and key landing pages.
- Support the Head of Brand Marketing in leading our offline customer acquisition activity planning and creative asset delivery.
- Develop highly engaging email marketing campaigns and social media content to drive brand engagement.
- Use customer, competitor, and market insight to inform copy and creative decisions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a startup or agile business environment.
- Demonstrable experience crafting compelling copy across on and offline channels.
- A strong ability to generate innovative ideas and develop engaging content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and design software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
