About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team at Intelligent Change. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across our Amazon channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximise product performance and drive sales growth on Amazon
  • Manage and track the performance and profitability of our products across all marketplaces
  • Optimise content listings to improve page rank, SEO, and sales through keyword and competitor analysis
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for the assigned product portfolio
  • Execute marketing deals, promotions, coupons, and promo codes, and report back on key metrics
  • Improve product performance and market share growth through opportunity analysis and market research
  • Track and communicate fulfilment metrics and manage product inventory levels to retain premium shipping eligibility
  • Report and analyse marketplaces performance and operating metrics on a daily and weekly basis
  • Interact with the Customer Service team to respond to customer complaints and requests for technical product information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success on Amazon
Requirements
  • A proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon, running a $10m+ Amazon scale
  • Minimum 3 years of experience running an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment
  • Experience running high volumes of SKUs
  • Background in consumer goods and office products industries preferred
  • Social media and marketing skills are desired
