Customer Conduct Specialist

Our team is responsible for ensuring that our business operations align with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Conduct Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of our business processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with various business areas to gather evidence of regulatory compliance and summarize key findings and recommendations.
- Agree on actions with business areas to improve customer outcomes and reduce the risk of financial harm.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on customer outcome assessments and activity updates.
- Embed customer conduct knowledge across the business by developing communications and learning materials.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Consumer Duty regulations and vulnerability guidance. You should be able to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them practically to different business areas. Experience in interpreting and questioning data is also essential.
