About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

You will lead and manage a team of mid-market sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all sales activities, and maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM data.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous paid time off.
