Role Profile

We are looking for an experienced UK Mid-Market Sales Director to join our team at Timely Recruit Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the UK mid-market sector.

  1. Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Closing Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating terms and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development and execution of sales strategies across the UK mid-market sector.
  • To build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the sector.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A bonus package of up to 30% OTE.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
