Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our Mid-Market M&A practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mid-market deals and a proven track record of success in their previous roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading deal teams, creating client presentations, and coordinating business due diligence. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services sector and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute mid-market and large cap FIG transactions
- Create and prepare client presentations
- Coordinate business due diligence and valuation

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in mid-market M&A
- Strong network of contacts in the industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £180,000 - £250,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme with potential earnings of up to 50% of base salary
