Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales organization in the UK. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supporting new and experienced Mid Market Account Executives. This role involves performance management, forecasting, and driving business growth.
About the Role- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff to meet specific new business goals.
- Directly manage the Mid-Market Account Executive team, selling to medium-sized businesses.
- Attend sales and customer meetings to coach the account executive team and improve win rates.
This is a leadership position that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team. You will work closely with the VP of Mid Market Sales to improve processes and go-to-market effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Software sales, preferably in MarTech. You should have a proven track record of driving results and developing your team. A strong data-oriented approach and passion for training and development are essential.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a generous benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.
