Job Purpose:

•⁠ ⁠As Head of Enterprise Sales, you will lead the sales function across key disciplines, including Account Directors, New Business, Account Management, Customer Success, and Growth.
•⁠ ⁠Responsibilities include ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized, effective management of the Sales Process, and providing leadership to direct staff.
•⁠ ⁠You will work closely with the CRO to align strategies and ensure cross-sales opportunities are effectively maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Developing the local regional sales plan aligned with the overall go-to-market strategy
•⁠ ⁠Ensuring the achievement of Annual Order Value, Churn, Contract Bank, and Non-Recurring Revenue targets with team attribution.
•⁠ ⁠To ensure the effective management of the Sales Process. Communicate to Senior Management Team matters, which have both positive and negative effects on the business in a timely and proficient manner.
