About the Role

Pigment is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and developing a deep understanding of our customers' business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, and collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries to close deals with Enterprise organizations.
  • Consult with prospects and existing customers to understand their business objectives and requirements, and build long-lasting partnerships.
  • Model a wide range of use cases in which Pigment can drive business transformation across different industries.
  • Provide professional after-sales support with our CSM team to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in Salesforce.
  • Think critically about sales insights and data, and experiment with new growth tactics.
Requirements
  • Firsthand experience as a B2B Enterprise Account Executive, VC Associate, or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance product.
  • Ability to open and develop an Enterprise market across EMEA.
  • Thrives partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships, closing deals, and aligning key stakeholders at each stage of the sales lifecycle.
  • Affinity for tech and product issues and/or relevant experience in finance or business planning.
  • Resourceful, creative problem-solver when faced with the business needs of clients, and understands how Pigment plugs into the bigger picture for them.
  • Hybrid remote policy.
