We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the mid-market and enterprise tech sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in navigating complex sales cycles and managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the mid-market and enterprise tech sectors.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a comparable field.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally, with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
