Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales team in the UK, driving growth and expansion in the Healthcare, Professional Business Services, Retail, and CPG Industry verticals.
As a key member of our EMEA sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in key industry verticals.
- Build and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they develop the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and developing strategies to meet those needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and implement a complete revenue and customer success process.
- Manage the front-line voice of Databricks, effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Develop and deliver strategic growth plans in the UK, in collaboration with regional leaders across EMEA, ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business.
- 3+ years of experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader, with a demonstrable track record of success leading high-performing sales teams serving Enterprise customers in the UK within the Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS Sales Industry.
- Ability to engage with and hire the best sales talent in the market.
- Clear focus and emphasis on methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPIC, and a Challenger mentality.
- Expert knowledge of value-based sales with both business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Able to articulate and evangelize the value and align it with customer outcomes.
- Fluent English language skills.
