Senior Enterprise Sales Director

At DocuSign, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Sales Director to lead our North EMEA Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and executing strategic sales plans, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the North EMEA region.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure the team remains competitive.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the SaaS sales environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
