About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives at all levels, across various industries, to close deals with Enterprise organizations.
  • Consult with prospects and existing customers to understand their business objectives and requirements, and develop long-lasting partnerships.
  • Develop and model a wide range of use cases that demonstrate the value of our product in driving business transformation across different industries.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and data in our CRM system.
  • Analyze sales insights and data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and experiment with new sales tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a B2B Enterprise Account Executive, VC Associate, or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance products.
  • Ability to develop and open an Enterprise market across EMEA.
  • Strong relationships-building skills, with the ability to partner with business leaders and executives to close deals and align stakeholders.
  • Understanding of tech and product issues, or relevant experience in finance or business planning.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the business needs of clients and how our product can address them.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
