Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead and grow a team of sales representatives in the US region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the US region.
  • Building and managing a high-performing sales team of sales representatives who can exceed incremental and renewal targets.
  • Coaching and developing sales representatives to improve their skills and performance, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Improving sales capabilities on customer engagement, including MEDDIC quality and value map quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with all processes, including pre-sales, activity plans, lead management, and feedback.
  • Using metrics and analytics to drive performance improvements and make data-driven decisions.
  • Developing regional new business territory plans to increase sales and account penetration within regions across the US.
  • Developing a partner plan to increase coverage across the US region, driving increased opportunity, contracted annual recurring revenue, service capability, and awareness in the market.
  • Developing account plans for existing customers to increase net contracted annual recurring revenue.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, presales, and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use metrics and analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience with sales processes and methodologies, including MEDDIC and value map quality.
