We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead and grow a team of sales representatives in the US region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing a high-performing sales team.
About the Role
The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the US region.
- Building and managing a high-performing sales team of Enterprise Sales Representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, account development, and sales outreach.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Presales, and Services, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Developing and managing sales processes and metrics to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales representatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions.
