Performance Improvement Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Director to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives across the organization.
Your expertise in quality management and leadership will be essential in driving quality projects forward. You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to identify and analyze quality topics, sharing lessons learned regularly.
A key aspect of this role will be ensuring that our quality management system is aligned with organizational goals and objectives. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve quality, based on identified risks and opportunities.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
