Key Responsibilities
- Leverage industry expertise and market knowledge to drive business growth and improve sales performance
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success
- Promote and maintain a positive company culture, fostering collaboration and innovation among team members

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the energy or related industries
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analysis
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex data and make informed decisions
