Sales Director

A Sales Director is required to drive growth in our Public Sector sales channel. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of a sales team focused on public sector sales, providing exceptional leadership and coaching to ensure they successfully manage existing and new customer portfolios.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Sales Director to lead our Public Sector Sales Team. The role involves delivering on sales channel targets aligned with the overall B2B sales plan for public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by managing a team focused on public sector sales.
- Team Leadership: Day-to-day management of the Public Sector Sales Team, offering coaching and mentoring through regular one-on-one sessions.
- Sales Strategy: Work with senior stakeholders to shape and develop the public sector sales strategy.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (C grade or above) or equivalent qualifications.
- Understanding of Public Sector Procurement.
- Competitive salary between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
