Director of Public Sector Growth

We are seeking a Director of Public Sector Growth to join our expanding sales team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for our public sector sales channel.

Your primary objective will be to achieve sales channel targets aligned with our overall B2B sales plan for public sector clients. To achieve this, you will lead a team of experienced sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance objectives.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with public sector clients, identifying opportunities to drive acquisition and retention of strategic contracts across our energy and bespoke solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure we maintain strong customer satisfaction and optimise business performance.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A deep understanding of Public Sector Procurement (required)
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

This role offers a competitive salary of £45k with an OTE of £25k, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and growing company.
