Centre Director Role at Magical Beginnings

We seek a skilled leader to manage our centre in Norwell, ensuring a high standard of care, staff satisfaction, and business efficiency. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility over five working days and excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for early childhood education and a proven track record of leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

  • Supervise centre operations, focusing on safety, compliance, and customer service.
  • Manage daily programmes, monitor teacher performance, and enforce policies.
  • Lead by example, foster a positive environment, and develop strong relationships with families and staff.
  • Develop and maintain a multicultural curriculum that promotes child development and social growth.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience.
  • Director II Certification, continuing education, and First Aid/CPR qualifications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
