Director of Growth Strategies

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our growth strategies, content, and digital efforts. As our Director of Growth Strategies, your key responsibility will be to identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with business partners that align with our company's strategic objectives and drive business growth and LTV.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy Development: Identify and evaluate potential domestic strategic partners to ensure that partnerships align with the company's strategic objectives and drive business growth and LTV.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and manage partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. You should have demonstrable experience in partnership management or marketing, with a proven record of accomplishment of developing and managing successful partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities.
