Creative Visitor Experience Developer

The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust is seeking a talented Creative Director to join our team and drive innovation in visitor experience. In this role, you will oversee the development of engaging programs, ensuring they meet our organizational priorities and site-specific needs.
Role OverviewThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of hybrid working. You will be required to visit our other UK wetland sites occasionally.
Responsibilities- Design and implement long-term programming strategies, aligning with WWT's mission and objectives.
- Craft compelling narratives and experiences that inspire visitors to appreciate wetland ecosystems.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals.
