Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Creative Director to join our team and lead the development of engaging visitor programs across our 10 UK wetland sites.

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with the option for hybrid working. You will be required to travel occasionally to our other wetland sites around the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop overarching programming themes and plans for future years, aligning with WWT's priorities and site-specific needs.
  • Create innovative and imaginative ways to engage visitors in the wonderful world of wetlands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different directorates and sites, building relationships with external deliverers and partners.
