Sports Programme Manager - Children's Camps

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sports Programme Manager to lead our Fun Week programme at Stratford Park Leisure Centre, Stroud. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sports activities to children aged 5-12 years old.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Let Me Play. As a Sports Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to deliver the programme to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sports activities to children aged 5-12 years old
  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure they deliver the programme to a high standard
  • Liaise with parents/carers, staffing team, and Directors on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • Experience working at children's holiday camps and/or a childcare setting
  • Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and general practice
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
