Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Coach at Forest Green Rovers Football Club.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality community-focused initiatives, projects, and programmes.
  • Work closely with the football club to deliver Premier League Kicks and Premier League Primary Stars programmes.
  • Support the delivery of a range of active sessions, including coaching football-based activities on soccer camps and in community settings.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with the FA Coaching Pathway and a minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge.
  • Experience of working or volunteering within school, club, or community sporting settings.
  • Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced CRB Certificate or Current FA DBS Clearance.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per annum. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, Simply Health Benefits Scheme, EAP Support, Generous pension scheme, and Life Assurance Policy.
