Job Title: Sports Coach for Youth Holiday Programme

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic sports coach to join our team at Let Me Play, an Ofsted registered childcare provider delivering holiday camps to children aged 5-12.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as we expand our services across the South East of England & The Midlands. As a sports coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports activities to primary-aged children, ensuring a fun, inclusive, and educational experience for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging sports programmes tailored to meet the needs of children aged 5-12.
  • Liaise with parents/carers, staff, and directors to ensure seamless delivery of our Fun Week provision.
  • Motivate and manage your team to achieve programme goals.
  • Create a positive learning environment that fosters social skills, teamwork, and physical activity.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a sports or childcare setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in sports coaching, education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality programmes.
  • Clean UK driver's license (preferred).
