We estimate the salary for this position to be around £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Conservation Groundskeeper. As a key member of our grounds team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and integrity of our outdoor spaces.

  • Maintenance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and woodland areas
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new projects and initiatives
  • Engaging with visitors, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for conservation
  • Maintaining equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order
