About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Youth Services Director to lead our residential care service in a beautiful setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing services for young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the service.
  • Lead, support, and manage a dedicated team of carers.
  • Ensure the young people's care and support plans are effectively implemented.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing stability and consistency in the delivery of care, as well as supporting young people in achieving greater independence and integration into the local community.

Requirements
  • Must pass a Fit Person Interview.
  • Proven experience in a similar management role, ideally in residential care for young people with complex needs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,610 per annum, paid on a monthly basis. Additional benefits include 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, and a competitive hourly rate of £24.94 (PAYE).
