Estate Agency Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to join our team in Stroud. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for running and growing the sales side of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and self-generate your own leads
- Manage the entire sales journey from instruction through to completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Help grow the wider company through referrals to lettings and mortgage services
- Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own business appropriate vehicle
- Proven background of delivering exceptional results
The annual salary for this role is between £30-35,000 (dependent on experience), with an OTE of £45-50,000.
