We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in the Stroud area.
About the Role:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to a busy customer base.
- Use an MRP system to manage planning, scheduling, orders, and invoicing.
- Deal with customer repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
- A background in sales administration or a related field.
- Experience with MRP systems and customer service software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
