Job Description:

The successful candidate will support the purchasing and sales team with administrative duties, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient communication with suppliers.

Key responsibilities include checking suppliers' orders, requesting order acknowledgements, tracking orders due in, liaising with suppliers for updates, and chasing late deliveries. Additionally, the role involves dealing with purchasing and sales related reporting and administration, as well as general office duties such as filing and photocopying when required.

We are looking for an individual with excellent telephone manner, confident dealing with customers, and strong organizational skills to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Careers.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
